What we collect
Only what you fill in on a form on this website: your name, e-mail and optionally a message, organisation name and areas of interest.
Why
So we can reply, arrange a partnership or get you involved in the team. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long
We keep form data for up to 2 years from our last contact, then we delete it.
Who has access
Only AllArts team members who handle communication. We never sell or share your data. The website runs on our own server in the EU.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We may measure traffic with Umami, which stores no cookies or personal data.
Event photos
Event photos are stored by the photographers in their own galleries (Zonerama, Google Photos…). If you don’t want to be in a photo, let us know and we’ll have it removed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data and to withdraw consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
